The first floor of the house with a ceiling height of 3 m includes a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway with a large wardrobe, utility room, toilet, and sauna with an entrance room that leads to the terrace. The staircase leading to the second floor is separated from the living room so that the sound does not travel between the two floors. The second floor has bedrooms and bathrooms. The windows of the front of the house are covered with wooden strips to protect from sunlight and provide privacy. The house can be ordered with both energy efficiency class A and B. Cross-laminated timber and SPU insulation give the house good thermal resistance and ensure good energy efficiency. Forced ventilation with heat recovery and near-zero energy certification is used for ventilation of the prefabricated house. The house is heated with a ground source heat pump or air/water heat pump. All rooms have digital thermometers that allow the possibility to adjust the temperature. A hot water circulator pump is installed in the house, which significantly saves water consumption. The house can be ordered with three to five bedrooms and the layout can also be changed. The house can be ordered together with a carport or garage.
